- HAMMY’S LITTLE SWIMMERS (3 months to 3 years)
Welcome to our Adult & Baby programme, where we embark on a remarkable developmental journey with your little one, starting from their very first splash and leading them to become confident swimmers who leave each lesson with a radiant smile.Designed for babies aged 3 months to 3 years, our programme emphasises the importance of parent-child bonding in the water. Accompanied by an adult, your little swimmer will thrive in an atmosphere filled with beloved nursery rhymes and engaging songs. We believe in making the introduction to water an exciting and engaging experience for our swimmers. Our Skills School provides the perfect transition for those who have completed Hammy's Little Swimmers, as well as for newcomers to the world of swimming.
Designed with progression in mind, our Skills School is divided into four levels, each carefully crafted to develop essential skills and build confidence. Children will progress from floating with aids to floating independently, kicking independently and starting to introduce arms.

- HAMILTON STROKE SCHOOL (6 years+)
Here we take swimmers on a transformative journey of developing and perfecting all four competitive strokes.With dedicated focus on frontcrawl, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly, our experienced coaches provide comprehensive instruction and personalised guidance, ensuring each swimmer reaches their full potential.By refining stroke mechanics, improving efficiency, and building strength, our Stroke School prepares swimmers to seamlessly transition into our renowned Squad programmeme.
