As a Swimming Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to make a real splash by guiding students of all ages and abilities through the joys of swimming. You'll create fun and engaging lesson plans, use innovative teaching techniques, and prioritize safety to ensure that everyone who enters the water feels confident and capable.

Key responsibilities
Lesson Delivery and Planning
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons in line with Hamilton Aquatics' teaching philosophy.
- Adapt lessons to suit different ages and abilities, ensuring all swimmers progress confidently.
- Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment at all times.
Swimmer Progress and Development
- Track swimmer progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Encourage participation in Hamilton Aquatics' broader swimming programs.
Health and Safety
- Ensure all safety measures and child protection policies are followed.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and adherence to pool regulations.

Desired qualifications and experience
- A minimum of two years of swimming teaching experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, including face-to-face, phone, and email correspondence.
- Experience in a curriculum setting.
- A valid driving license (subject to Qatar license conversion requirements).
- An up-to-date lifeguard qualification (desirable but not essential).
- Experience teaching adult and child programs (desirable but not essential).
- Experience within a club setting (desirable but not essential).
